LocalRealms License Agreement

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, RUNNING, OR USING THE LOCALREALMS SOFTWARE (THE "SOFTWARE"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.

1. DEFINITIONS

"Licensor" means the copyright owner(s) of the Software.
"Software" means the LocalRealms Minecraft plugin code, binaries (.jar), and assets.
"Server" means a single instance of a Minecraft server software execution environment (e.g., Paper, Purpur) managed internally by you.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

a) Install and run the Software exclusively on Servers owned, leased, or directly controlled by you for personal or server network gameplay.
b) Modify the source code solely for your own private, internal use on your Servers.

3. RESTRICTIONS

You strictly CANNOT:

a) Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, or transfer the Software (in binary or source code form) to any third party.
b) Use the Software to provide a commercial hosted service (e.g., "Plugin-as-a-Service" or automated server hosting environments where users pay to access the plugin configuration).
c) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices or branding within the Software.

4. TERMINATION

This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
